VeriHush ("we", "our", "us"), operated by Skyway, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website. This policy applies to all users worldwide, with additional rights provided to residents of specific jurisdictions as described below.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and encrypted password through our authentication provider (Supabase Auth). We may also collect your display name if you choose to provide one.
Audio Recordings: Audio files you record are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and stored in secure cloud storage. We do not listen to, analyze, access, or share your recordings. Only you can access your recordings through your authenticated account.
Transcriptions: Speech-to-text transcriptions are generated via secure API (Google Speech-to-Text) and stored in your private, encrypted account. Transcription data is processed in real-time and is not retained by the transcription service provider after processing.
Location Data: GPS coordinates are collected during active recording to determine recording consent laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Additionally, if you activate the Duress PIN feature, your GPS coordinates at the time of activation will be transmitted to your pre-designated emergency contacts. GPS data is not collected when the app is not actively recording or when Duress PIN is not activated.
Hash Data: SHA-256 cryptographic hashes are generated for each recording segment to create a tamper-proof hash chain for evidence integrity verification. Hash data does not contain audio content and cannot be used to reconstruct recordings.
Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and service improvement purposes.
Subscription Information: Payment and subscription data is processed and managed by RevenueCat and the applicable app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). We do not directly collect or store your credit card or payment information.
We use your information solely to provide the VeriHush service: secure evidence recording, encrypted storage, SHA-256 integrity verification, jurisdiction-based consent law guidance, Duress PIN emergency features, and PDF report generation. Specifically, we use your data to: operate and maintain the VeriHush application; provide encrypted cloud storage and evidence integrity verification; deliver GPS-based jurisdiction information; enable Duress PIN emergency GPS transmission to your designated contacts; generate legally formatted PDF evidence reports; manage your subscription and account; improve service reliability and performance; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purposes.
All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in the United States (US-East region) with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled. Each user can only access their own data through authenticated sessions. Audio files are stored in private, encrypted buckets with AES-256 encryption. All data transmission between your device and our servers uses TLS 1.2+ encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted database connections, secure API endpoints, and regular security audits. While we employ robust security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion request, all associated data — including recordings, transcriptions, reports, hash chains, and GPS logs — will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers within 30 days. Backup copies in encrypted archives will be purged within 90 days. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you for analytical purposes.
When you configure and activate the Duress PIN feature, VeriHush will transmit your current GPS coordinates to emergency contacts you have pre-designated in the app. This transmission occurs automatically upon Duress PIN entry. By configuring the Duress PIN feature and designating emergency contacts, you explicitly consent to this location data transmission. You are responsible for informing your emergency contacts that they may receive your location data in an emergency. VeriHush does not control, monitor, or guarantee the actions of your emergency contacts after receiving your location data.
We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies: Supabase (authentication, database, and cloud storage — supabase.com/privacy); Amazon Web Services (server infrastructure — aws.amazon.com/privacy); RevenueCat (subscription management — revenuecat.com/privacy); Google Speech-to-Text API (transcription processing — policies.google.com/privacy). We do not share your audio recordings, transcriptions, or evidence data with any third party except as required to operate the core service features described above.
When you use VeriHush's AI forensic voice analysis features, your audio files are processed by on-device or server-side machine learning models to generate integrity scores, spectrogram visualizations, and manipulation probability assessments. Audio data submitted for AI analysis is processed solely for the purpose of generating your analysis report and is not retained, shared, or used for model training. Analysis results (scores, spectrograms, reports) are stored in your private encrypted account and are accessible only by you.
We will not voluntarily disclose your personal data to law enforcement or government agencies. We may disclose your information only when compelled by valid legal process, including court orders, subpoenas, or warrants issued by a court of competent jurisdiction. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the request unless prohibited by law or court order. We will challenge overly broad or legally deficient requests.
All users have the right to: access and review all personal data we hold about you; export your data in a portable format; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and all associated data; and withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time. You may exercise these rights through the app settings or by contacting us at privacy@verihush.com. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of collection, the business purpose for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share your data.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions permitted by law.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: VeriHush does not sell or share your personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. You will not receive different pricing, quality of service, or access levels for exercising your privacy rights.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out mechanism is required. However, if our practices change, we will update this policy and provide a clear opt-out mechanism.
To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact us at privacy@verihush.com with the subject line "CCPA Request." We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following additional provisions apply: our legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent (provided at account creation) and the performance of our service contract with you. You have additional rights including data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. International data transfers from the EEA to our US-based servers are conducted under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
VeriHush is not intended for use by children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under these age limits, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@verihush.com.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovery via email and in-app notification. We will also notify relevant regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page, updating the "Last updated" date, and sending an email notification for significant changes. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of VeriHush after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

位置データ：GPS座標は録音中に管轄区域の録音同意法を確認するために収集されます。緊急PIN（Duress PIN）機能を有効にした場合、GPS座標が事前指定された緊急連絡先に送信されます。アプリが録音中でない場合、GPSデータは収集されません。
ハッシュデータ：各録音セグメントに対してSHA-256暗号化ハッシュが生成され、改ざん防止ハッシュチェーンが構成されます。
デバイス情報：トラブルシューティングおよびサービス改善のため、デバイスタイプ、OSバージョン、アプリバージョンを収集する場合があります。
サブスクリプション情報：支払いデータはRevenueCatおよび該当するアプリストアで処理されます。クレジットカード情報は直接収集しません。
当社はVeriHushサービスの提供のためにのみ情報を使用します：安全な証拠録音、暗号化ストレージ、SHA-256完全性検証、管轄区域ベースの同意法ガイダンス、緊急PINの緊急機能、PDFレポート生成。
当社はマーケティング、広告、その他の商業目的で第三者に個人情報を販売、貸与、取引、共有しません。
すべてのデータは米国（US-Eastリージョン）のAWSサーバーにホストされたSupabaseインフラに、行レベルセキュリティ（RLS）が有効な状態で保存されます。音声ファイルはAES-256暗号化されたプライベートバケットに保存されます。すべてのデータ転送にTLS 1.2+暗号化が使用されます。電子的な転送・保存方法が100%安全であることを保証することはできません。
アカウントが有効な間、データは保持されます。アカウント削除要求時、すべての関連データは30日以内に永久削除されます。バックアップコピーは90日以内に除去されます。
緊急PIN機能を設定・有効化すると、VeriHushは事前指定した緊急連絡先にGPS座標を自動送信します。この機能を設定することで、位置データ送信に明示的に同意したことになります。緊急連絡先への通知責任はお客様にあります。VeriHushは緊急連絡先の行動を管理・保証しません。
当社は以下のサービスを使用しています：Supabase（supabase.com/privacy）、AWS（aws.amazon.com/privacy）、RevenueCat（revenuecat.com/privacy）、Google Speech-to-Text API（policies.google.com/privacy）。コアサービス機能の運用に必要な場合を除き、データを第三者と共有しません。
VeriHushのAIフォレンジック音声分析機能を使用すると、音声ファイルがデバイス上またはサーバー側の機械学習モデルにより処理され、整合性スコア、スペクトログラム可視化、改ざん確率評価が生成されます。AI分析のために送信された音声データは、分析レポート生成の目的でのみ処理され、保存、共有、またはモデルトレーニングに使用されることはありません。分析結果（スコア、スペクトログラム、レポート）はお客様の暗号化されたプライベートアカウントに保存され、お客様のみがアクセスできます。
当社は法執行機関にお客様の個人データを自発的に開示しません。有効な法的手続きによって強制される場合にのみ開示します。法律で禁止されていない限り、お客様に通知するよう努めます。過度に広範な要請には異議を申し立てます。
すべてのユーザーは以下の権利を有します：個人データへのアクセスと確認、ポータブルな形式でのデータエクスポート、不正確なデータの訂正要求、アカウントおよびデータの削除要求、同意の撤回。privacy@verihush.comにご連絡ください。30日以内に対応します。
カリフォルニア州居住者の場合、CCPA/CPRAに基づく追加の権利があります：
知る権利：収集された個人情報のカテゴリと具体的な項目の開示を要求できます。
削除権：個人情報の削除を要求できます。
販売・共有のオプトアウト権：VeriHushは個人情報を販売・共有しません。
差別禁止権：プライバシー権利の行使により差別されません。
権利行使は件名に「CCPA Request」と記載してprivacy@verihush.comまでご連絡ください。45日以内に対応します。
EEA、英国、スイスに所在する場合、追加条項が適用されます：データ処理の法的根拠はお客様の明示的同意およびサービス契約の履行です。データポータビリティ、処理制限の権利等の追加権利があります。国際データ移転は標準契約条項（SCC）に基づいて行われます。
VeriHushは13歳未満（EEAでは16歳未満）の児童を対象としていません。児童から情報を収集した事実を発見した場合、直ちに削除します。
データ侵害が発生した場合、発見後72時間以内にメールおよびアプリ内通知で影響を受けるユーザーに通知します。
重要な変更については、変更適用日の少なくとも30日前に事前通知いたします。変更後の継続使用は更新されたポリシーへの同意とみなされます。
