By downloading, installing, or using VeriHush, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the application. Your continued use after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
VeriHush is a mobile application that provides secure audio recording, speech-to-text transcription, SHA-256 cryptographic evidence protection, tamper-proof hash chain verification, and legally formatted PDF report generation for personal safety and legal documentation purposes. VeriHush is a technology tool — it is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and is not a substitute for professional legal counsel.
You are solely and entirely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding audio recording, wiretapping, and eavesdropping in your jurisdiction. VeriHush provides GPS-based consent law information (one-party vs. two-party consent status) as a reference tool only. This information does not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or a guarantee of accuracy. Laws change frequently, and jurisdictional boundaries may overlap. Any legal consequences arising from your use of VeriHush's recording features — including but not limited to criminal charges, civil liability, or evidentiary exclusion — are solely your responsibility. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before recording.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, standard PIN, and Duress PIN. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Duress PIN Disclaimer: The Duress PIN feature is designed to provide emergency protection by (a) displaying a fake deletion screen, (b) transmitting your GPS coordinates to your pre-designated emergency contacts, and (c) continuing background evidence preservation. VeriHush does not guarantee that the Duress PIN will function in all circumstances, including but not limited to situations involving no network connectivity, GPS signal unavailability, device malfunction, or emergency contact unavailability. VeriHush is not a substitute for emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 (US) or your local emergency number immediately. VeriHush shall not be liable for any harm, injury, or damages resulting from the Duress PIN feature's failure to operate as expected.
VeriHush uses GPS location data to display consent law information for your approximate jurisdiction. This feature is provided for informational reference only. VeriHush does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of jurisdiction detection or the legal information displayed. GPS accuracy may vary due to device hardware, environmental conditions, or proximity to jurisdictional boundaries. You must independently verify the applicable recording consent laws in your jurisdiction before initiating any recording. VeriHush accepts no liability for legal consequences arising from reliance on GPS-based jurisdiction information.
VeriHush uses SHA-256 cryptographic hashing and hash chain technology to protect evidence integrity and detect tampering. While we employ industry-standard cryptographic methods, we do not guarantee that (a) evidence created with VeriHush will be admissible in any court or legal proceeding, (b) courts will accept SHA-256 hash verification as proof of authenticity, or (c) our integrity verification will satisfy the evidentiary standards of every jurisdiction. Admissibility of evidence depends on applicable rules of evidence, judicial discretion, and other factors beyond our control.
VeriHush offers AI-powered forensic voice analysis features, including but not limited to audio manipulation detection, spectrogram analysis, and integrity scoring powered by machine learning models (proprietary AI models). These AI features are provided as supplementary analytical tools only. AI analysis results do not constitute expert testimony, forensic certification, or legal proof of authenticity or manipulation. AI models may produce false positives or false negatives. The accuracy of AI analysis depends on audio quality, recording conditions, and model limitations. VeriHush does not guarantee that AI analysis results will be accepted by any court, legal authority, or insurance company. Users should not rely solely on AI analysis for legal, financial, or safety decisions. We strongly recommend consulting qualified forensic experts and legal professionals for matters requiring certified analysis.
VeriHush offers the following plans: Basic (free — 5 recordings per month, SHA-256 hash chain, GPS legal check, 100 MB storage), Pro ($9.99/month or $99.99/year — unlimited recordings, unlimited photos, real-time cloud streaming, 5 PDF reports per month, Duress PIN, SOS features, 10 GB storage), and Victory ($29.99 one-time — all Pro features plus AI forensic voice analysis, 50 PDF reports, lawyer referral service, court-ready evidence package, 90 days Pro access, 50 GB storage). Individual PDF reports may be purchased for $1.99 each on the Basic plan. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play or Apple App Store and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are subject to the respective platform's refund policy. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
The VeriHush application, including its design, source code, algorithms, user interface, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Skyway ("Company"), protected by Korean Patent Application No. 10-2026-0037705, U.S. Provisional Patent Application filed March 20, 2026, and applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all content you create using the app, including recordings, transcriptions, and reports.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VERIHUSH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VERIHUSH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF DATA OR EVIDENCE; LEGAL OUTCOMES OR CONSEQUENCES OF RECORDINGS; FAILURE OF GPS, DURESS PIN, OR EMERGENCY FEATURES; TECHNICAL FAILURES, SERVER OUTAGES, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS; RELIANCE ON JURISDICTION INFORMATION; UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the VeriHush service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. There is no judge or jury in arbitration.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND VERIHUSH AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to legal@verihush.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
Exceptions: Either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.
For users located in the United States, these Terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and, to the extent not preempted, the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users located outside the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used for illegal purposes, or are used in a manner that threatens the security or integrity of the service. Upon termination, your right to use VeriHush ceases immediately. Sections 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VeriHush, its parent company Skyway, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from (a) your use of VeriHush, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any recording, wiretapping, or privacy laws, or (d) any claim that your use of VeriHush infringed the rights of a third party.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and in the application, and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of VeriHush after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect.

중재 합의: 본 약관 또는 VeriHush 서비스와 관련하여 발생하는 모든 분쟁, 논쟁 또는 청구는 법원이 아닌 미국중재협회(AAA)의 소비자 중재 규칙에 따른 구속력 있는 개별 중재를 통해 해결됩니다(미국 사용자의 경우).
집단소송 포기: 귀하와 VERIHUSH는 각 당사자가 개인 자격으로만 상대방에 대해 청구할 수 있으며, 집단, 통합 또는 대표 소송의 원고 또는 구성원으로서 청구할 수 없음에 동의합니다.
거부(Opt-Out): 본 약관에 최초 동의한 후 30일 이내에 legal@verihush.com으로 서면 통지를 보내 본 중재 조항을 거부할 수 있습니다.
한국 사용자: 대한민국에 거주하는 사용자의 경우, 본 중재 조항 대신 대한민국 법률 및 서울 법원의 관할에 따릅니다.
미국에 거주하는 사용자의 경우 본 약관은 연방중재법 및 델라웨어주 법률에 의해 규율됩니다. 미국 이외 지역 사용자의 경우 본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 의해 규율되며, 중재 대상이 아닌 분쟁은 대한민국 서울 법원에서 해결됩니다.
당사는 본 약관을 위반하거나 불법 목적으로 사용되거나 서비스의 보안 또는 무결성을 위협하는 방식으로 사용되는 계정을 정지하거나 종료할 권리를 보유합니다. 종료 시 VeriHush 사용 권리가 즉시 소멸됩니다. 제9조, 제10조, 제11조는 종료 후에도 유효합니다.
귀하는 (a) VeriHush 사용, (b) 본 약관 위반, (c) 녹음·도청·개인정보 보호법 위반, 또는 (d) 귀하의 VeriHush 사용이 제3자의 권리를 침해했다는 청구로 인해 발생하는 모든 청구, 책임, 손해, 손실 및 비용(합리적인 변호사 비용 포함)으로부터 VeriHush, 모회사 스카이웨이 및 그 임직원을 면책, 방어, 보호하는 데 동의합니다.
본 약관의 어떤 조항이 무효 또는 집행 불능으로 판명될 경우, 해당 조항은 최대한 허용 가능한 범위 내에서 집행되며, 나머지 조항은 완전한 효력을 유지합니다.

EN NINGÚN CASO VERIHUSH SERÁ RESPONSABLE POR DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, ESPECIALES, CONSECUENTES O PUNITIVOS, INCLUYENDO: PÉRDIDA DE DATOS O EVIDENCIA; RESULTADOS LEGALES DE GRABACIONES; FALLO DE GPS, PIN DE EMERGENCIA O FUNCIONES DE EMERGENCIA; FALLOS TÉCNICOS O INTERRUPCIONES DEL SERVICIO; DEPENDENCIA DE INFORMACIÓN JURISDICCIONAL; ACCESO NO AUTORIZADO A SU CUENTA O DATOS. NUESTRA RESPONSABILIDAD TOTAL NO EXCEDERÁ EL MONTO QUE USTED PAGÓ POR EL SERVICIO EN LOS DOCE (12) MESES ANTERIORES A LA RECLAMACIÓN.

Acuerdo de Arbitraje: Cualquier disputa relacionada con estos Términos o el servicio VeriHush se resolverá mediante arbitraje individual vinculante administrado por la Asociación Americana de Arbitraje (AAA) bajo sus Reglas de Arbitraje del Consumidor (para usuarios en EE.UU.).
Renuncia a Acción Colectiva: USTED Y VERIHUSH ACUERDAN QUE CADA PARTE SOLO PUEDE PRESENTAR RECLAMACIONES CONTRA LA OTRA EN SU CAPACIDAD INDIVIDUAL, Y NO COMO DEMANDANTE O MIEMBRO DE CLASE EN NINGÚN PROCEDIMIENTO COLECTIVO O REPRESENTATIVO.
Exclusión (Opt-Out): Puede excluirse de esta disposición de arbitraje enviando un aviso escrito a legal@verihush.com dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la primera aceptación de estos Términos.
Usuarios en Latinoamérica: Para usuarios residentes en países latinoamericanos, las disputas se resolverán conforme a las leyes locales aplicables y los tribunales competentes de su jurisdicción.
Para usuarios en EE.UU., estos Términos se rigen por la Ley Federal de Arbitraje y las leyes del Estado de Delaware. Para usuarios fuera de EE.UU., estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Corea, y las disputas no sujetas a arbitraje se resolverán en los tribunales de Seúl, República de Corea.
Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o terminar cuentas que violen estos Términos, se utilicen con fines ilegales o amenacen la seguridad del servicio. Las Secciones 9, 10 y 11 sobreviven a la terminación.
Usted acepta indemnizar, defender y eximir de responsabilidad a VeriHush, su empresa matriz Skyway y sus funcionarios, directores, empleados y agentes de cualquier reclamación, responsabilidad, daño, pérdida y gasto (incluyendo honorarios razonables de abogados) derivados de (a) su uso de VeriHush, (b) su violación de estos Términos, (c) su violación de cualquier ley de grabación, interceptación o privacidad, o (d) cualquier reclamación de que su uso de VeriHush infringió los derechos de un tercero.
Si alguna disposición de estos Términos se considera inválida o inaplicable, dicha disposición se aplicará en la máxima medida permitida y las disposiciones restantes permanecerán en pleno vigor y efecto.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos periódicamente. Los cambios importantes se notificarán con al menos 30 días de antelación. El uso continuado de VeriHush después de dichos cambios constituye la aceptación de los nuevos Términos.

VeriHushをダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、本利用規約（「規約」）に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。本規約のすべてに同意されない場合は、アプリケーションを使用しないでください。変更後もサービスを継続使用した場合、更新された規約に同意したものとみなされます。
VeriHushは、安全な音声録音、音声テキスト変換、SHA-256暗号化証拠保護、改ざん防止ハッシュチェーン検証、法的形式のPDFレポート生成機能を提供するモバイルアプリケーションです。VeriHushは技術ツールであり、法律事務所ではなく、法的助言を提供するものではなく、専門的な法律相談の代替となるものではありません。
お客様は、該当する管轄区域における音声録音、盗聴および傍受に関するすべての連邦、州、地方の法律を遵守する全責任を負います。VeriHushはGPSベースの同意法情報（一方当事者同意 vs. 双方当事者同意）を参考ツールとしてのみ提供します。この情報は法的助言、法的代理、または正確性の保証を構成するものではありません。VeriHushの録音機能の使用から生じる刑事訴追、民事責任、証拠排除を含むすべての法的結果は、全面的にお客様の責任となります。録音前に管轄区域の資格を持つ弁護士に相談されることを強くお勧めします。
アカウント認証情報、標準PIN、および緊急PINの機密性を維持する責任があります。アカウントの不正使用を発見した場合は、直ちに当社に通知してください。
緊急PIN免責事項：緊急PIN機能は、(a)偽の削除画面の表示、(b)事前指定された緊急連絡先へのGPS座標の送信、(c)バックグラウンドでの証拠保全の継続により、緊急保護を提供するよう設計されています。VeriHushは、ネットワーク未接続、GPS信号不可、デバイスの故障、緊急連絡先の不通を含むすべての状況で緊急PINが機能することを保証しません。VeriHushは緊急サービスの代替ではありません。生命を脅かす緊急事態では、直ちに110番（日本）または911番（米国）に電話してください。
VeriHushはGPS位置データを使用して、お客様のおおよその管轄区域の同意法情報を表示します。この機能は情報参考目的のみに提供されます。VeriHushは管轄区域判定または表示される法律情報の正確性、完全性、適時性を保証しません。録音を開始する前に、該当する管轄区域の録音同意法を独自に確認する必要があります。VeriHushはGPSベースの管轄区域情報への依存から生じる法的結果について一切の責任を負いません。
VeriHushは証拠の完全性保護および改ざん検出のためにSHA-256暗号化ハッシュおよびハッシュチェーン技術を使用しています。業界標準の暗号化方式を採用していますが、(a)VeriHushで作成された証拠がすべての裁判所で認められること、(b)裁判所がSHA-256ハッシュ検証を真正性の証明として受け入れること、(c)当社の完全性検証がすべての管轄区域の証拠基準を満たすことを保証するものではありません。
VeriHushは、音声操作検出、スペクトログラム分析、機械学習モデル（独自AIモデル）を活用した整合性スコアリングなど、AIベースのフォレンジック音声分析機能を提供しています。これらのAI機能は補助的な分析ツールとしてのみ提供されます。AI分析結果は専門家証言、フォレンジック認証、または真正性や改ざんに関する法的証明を構成するものではありません。AIモデルは偽陽性または偽陰性の結果を生成する可能性があります。AI分析の精度は音声品質、録音条件、モデルの制限に依存します。VeriHushはAI分析結果が裁判所、法的機関、または保険会社に認められることを保証しません。法的、財務的、または安全に関する判断にAI分析のみに依存すべきではありません。認定された分析が必要な事案については、資格のあるフォレンジック専門家および法律専門家にご相談ください。
VeriHushは以下のプランを提供しています：Basic（無料 — 月5回の録音、SHA-256ハッシュチェーン、GPS法律チェック、100MBストレージ）、Pro（月額¥1,750または年額¥17,500 — 無制限録音、無制限写真、リアルタイムクラウドストリーミング、月5件PDFレポート、緊急PIN、SOS機能、10GBストレージ）、Victory（¥4,500一回限り — Pro全機能＋AIフォレンジック音声分析、PDFレポート50件、弁護士紹介サービス、裁判対応証拠パッケージ、90日間Proアクセス、50GBストレージ）。BasicプランではPDFレポートを1件¥300で個別購入できます。サブスクリプションはGoogle PlayまたはApple App Storeを通じて管理され、いつでもキャンセルできます。価格は30日前の事前通知により変更される場合があります。
デザイン、ソースコード、アルゴリズム、ユーザーインターフェース、ブランディングおよびドキュメントを含むVeriHushアプリケーションは、Skyway（「会社」）の知的財産であり、韓国特許出願第10-2026-0037705号、2026年3月20日付米国仮特許出願（PPA）、および適用される知的財産権法により保護されています。アプリを使用して作成した録音、文字起こし、レポート等すべてのコンテンツの所有権はお客様に帰属します。
適用法が許容する最大限の範囲において、VERIHUSHおよびその役員、取締役、従業員、代理人は、商品性、特定目的適合性、非侵害の黙示的保証を含む、明示的、黙示的、法定を問わず、いかなる種類の保証もなく「現状のまま」かつ「利用可能な状態で」提供されます。
いかなる場合においても、VERIHUSHは、データまたは証拠の損失、録音の法的結果、GPS・緊急PIN・緊急機能の障害、技術的障害・サーバー中断・サービス中断、管轄区域情報への依存、アカウントまたはデータへの不正アクセスを含むがこれに限定されない間接的、付随的、特別、結果的または懲罰的損害について責任を負いません。当社の総責任は、請求発生前12ヶ月間にお客様がサービスに支払った金額を超えないものとします。
このセクションを注意深くお読みください — お客様の法的権利に影響します。
仲裁合意：本規約またはVeriHushサービスに関連して生じるすべての紛争は、米国居住のユーザーの場合、米国仲裁協会（AAA）の消費者仲裁規則に基づく拘束力のある個別仲裁により解決されるものとします。
集団訴訟の放棄：お客様とVERIHUSHは、各当事者が個人としてのみ相手方に対して請求を行うことができ、集団、統合または代表訴訟の原告またはメンバーとして請求を行うことはできないことに同意します。
オプトアウト：本規約に最初に同意してから30日以内にlegal@verihush.comに書面で通知することにより、本仲裁条項を拒否することができます。
日本のユーザー：日本に居住するユーザーの場合、本仲裁条項の代わりに日本国法および管轄裁判所の判断に従います。
米国居住のユーザーの場合、本規約は連邦仲裁法およびデラウェア州法に準拠します。米国外のユーザーの場合、本規約は大韓民国の法律に準拠し、仲裁対象外の紛争はソウルの裁判所で解決されます。
当社は、本規約に違反する、違法な目的で使用される、またはサービスのセキュリティもしくは完全性を脅かすアカウントを停止または終了する権利を留保します。第9条、第10条、第11条は終了後も有効です。
お客様は、(a)VeriHushの使用、(b)本規約の違反、(c)録音・盗聴・プライバシー法の違反、または(d)お客様のVeriHush使用が第三者の権利を侵害したとする請求から生じるすべての請求、責任、損害、損失および費用（合理的な弁護士費用を含む）について、VeriHush、親会社Skywayおよびその役職員を免責、防御、保護することに同意します。
本規約のいずれかの条項が無効または執行不能と判断された場合、当該条項は許容される最大限の範囲で執行され、残りの条項は完全に有効であり続けるものとします。
当社は随時本規約を更新する場合があります。重要な変更については、変更の適用日の少なくとも30日前に事前通知いたします。変更後のVeriHushの継続使用は、新しい規約への同意とみなされます。
